Dressage Deluxe Returns Policy

All returns are subject to our terms and conditions which can be found at the bottom of our site.

Any items being returned must be received by us within 14 days of your receipt. Items must be returned in a clean and unused condition, in the original packaging and with labels attached. Items returned must be insured by the sender as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost in the post.

At this time we do not offer free return postage or reimbursements on postage costs to return an item. You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty and a return has been pre-arranged with a member of staff. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive with us.

Hassle free returns: Our returns label service can be used once per order for your convenience.
For Exchanges - The label is FREE as long as the exchange is of the same value or higher.
For Refunds - If a refund is required (either part or full) then £5.00 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of your returns label.
Faultry or Incorrect Orders - This must be arranged in advance by emailing hello@dressagedeluxe.co.uk or calling our office Monday – Friday 9am-5pm on 01706 941 660. Once approved, if the item is returned to us and if deemed faulty, then the label will not be charged for refund or exchange. Please do not return faulty goods without prior agreement.
Return Form - Please ensure you also read and complete our Return Form and enclose it within the parcel. You can find our return form at the top of this page. If you would like to make use of this service, please create your return label here.

You must have access to a printer so that you can print out the returns label.

International Returns: When returning parcels from outside the UK the parcel must be clearly marked "Goods Returned to Vendor" or “Return” and this should also be noted on any customs declarations. Failure to comply with the above return policy may result in you incurring customs charges on goods re-entry to the UK. We are not obliged to pay any customs charges incurred by incorrectly labelled parcels.

Christmas Period Returns (1st November to 24th December)

Any items ordered during this time may be returned in a clean and unused condition with labels attached for exchange or refund before 15th January. This does not apply to special order items.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the goods arriving. You will be reimbursed via your original payment method.
