The Dressage Deluxe website is a safe, quick and easy way to order premium equestrian products.
After you have browsed the website and seen an item you like, select the size you need by the drop-down tab, select the quantity you would like and then click “add to basket”. The selected product can now be seen in the basket, which is found in the right-hand side of the screen. Here it will also show the total number of products in the basket to help you keep track of what you have ordered. Your order can also be edited whilst it is in the basket.
From here, you can either complete the order by continuing to check out or keep shopping and adding to the basket.
You can also place orders for items currently out of stock! The estimated delivery date will be displayed on the product page. We will also let you know on your confirmation email when the stock is available. If we are experiencing delays for any reason, we will advise you of this as soon as possible.
If you have finished shopping and would like to complete your order, click your basket in the top right-hand side of the screen. Then simply proceed to checkout. Here you will be asked to fill in your delivery details, complete the order and process payment using one of our secure payment portals.
We hold a lot of our products in stock and available for immediate dispatch, but some special order boots and helmets will take a little longer due to the item being manufactured to order. We will advise on wait times for this at the time of order.
Anything that is personalised/customised will again take a little longer and wait times will be advised at the time of order.
We will always try to meet advised delivery dates, but sometimes outside factors which are out of control can on occasion effect this. We will always keep you updated if the ETA changes, but we will do our best to ensure your items are delivered on time.
