All returns are subject to our terms and conditions which can be found at the bottom of our site.

Any items being returned must be received by us within 14 days of your receipt. Items must be returned in a clean and unused condition, in the original packaging and with labels attached. Items returned must be insured by the sender as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost in the post.

For Exchanges - The label is FREE as long as the exchange is of the same value or higher.
For Refunds - If a refund is required (either part or full) then £6.00 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of your returns label.
Faultry or Incorrect Orders - This must be arranged in advance by emailing
hello@dressagedeluxe.co.uk or calling our office Monday – Friday 9am-5pm on 01706 941 660. Once approved, if the item is returned to us and if deemed faulty, then the label will not be charged for refund or exchange. Please do not return faulty goods without prior agreement.
Return Form - Please ensure you also read and complete our Return Form and enclose it within the parcel. You can find our return form at the top of this page. If you would like to make use of this service, please create your return label here.

You must have access to a printer so that you can print out the returns label.

If you do not wish to use our free return postage you must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty and a return has been pre-arranged with a member of staff. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive with us.

International Returns: When returning parcels from outside the UK the parcel must be clearly marked "Goods Returned to Vendor" or “Return” and this should also be noted on any customs declarations. Failure to comply with the above return policy may result in you incurring customs charges on goods re-entry to the UK. We are not obliged to pay any customs charges incurred by incorrectly labelled parcels. At this time we do not offer free returns for international parcels.

Christmas Period Returns (1st November to 24th December)

Any items ordered during this time may be returned in a clean and unused condition with labels attached for exchange or refund before 8th January. This does not apply to special order items.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the goods arriving. You will be reimbursed via your original payment method.

    software update

    New in the latest software version:

    • Audio disturbances were experienced by listening participants when there were more than two participants. This issue is fixed with software version 02.06.
    • CEECOACH can now be operated with an external power source (e.g., a power bank)
    • With the update to v02.06, CEECOACH 2 charges much faster.
    • Improved audio echo suppression for wired headsets.
    • All used CEECOACH devices must be updated to the new version, as the echo is caused by the counterpart.
    • Optimized battery status announcements.
    • Connection setup adjusted for some additional Bluetooth® headset models.

    To update your CEECOACH 2, you will need our update program and the update file itself for installing the new software. Before you start downloading the new software, be sure to read the detailed instructionsbelow.

    Here’s how it works:

    • Download and install the update program according to the instructions.
    • Download the latest CEECOACH software.
    • If this message appears: “Your computer is protected by Windows,” please click on “More Info” and then “Run Anyway” to start the installation.
    • If you experience issues using the EDGE browser, please use a different browser (e.g., Chrome).
    • Note: Supported operating systems are Windows XP, 7, 8, and 10. File size: 4MB.
    • Connect CEECOACH to the PC and start the update program.

    If you want to use CEECOACH 1 and CEECOACH 2 devices in a communication group, all devices must have the same software version. The latest software version can be downloaded free of charge from our site.
    Switch on the Bluetooth ® headset and put it into pairing mode (if necessary, please read the operating instructions for the headset). Now start the pairing mode of your CEECOACH 2. The device will now search for a headset for approx. 60 seconds. Note: CEECOACH 2 only searches for a headset if no other headset is currently connected. So if you want to connect another headset, first switch off the headset that is already connected.
    Please make sure your headset is in pairing mode. Then check if CEECOACH 2 is already connected to another Bluetooth® headset. CEECOACH 2 only searches for a headset if no other headset is currently connected. So if you want to connect another headset, first switch off the headset that is already connected. (Optional: You can quickly find out whether a Bluetooth® headset is connected by briefly pressing the plus button on the CEECOACH 2. If you hear the volume change tone on the cable headset, this means that no Bluetooth® headset is connected to the CEECOACH 2 is connected.)
    If a connected Bluetooth® headset is switched off, no connection is established by CEECOACH 2 after the headset is switched on again. Many headsets automatically connect to the last connected device when turned on. Note: If the Bluetooth® headset you used last does not establish a connection to the CEECOACH 2 after switching it on, you can restart the connection by briefly pressing the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons on the CEECOACH 2 at the same time.
    You can trigger the following actions by pressing the Bluetooth® headset button: Activate or deactivate participant mode Answering an incoming call or ending an active call Please read your headset’s user guide for more information on the device’s button functions.
    You may have swapped the headsets. Please make sure you are using the Bluetooth® headset connected to your CEECOACH 2. You can quickly find out whether you are using the right Bluetooth® headset by briefly pressing the plus button on the CEECOACH 2. If you don’t hear a volume change tone on your Bluetooth® headset, then you have swapped the headsets. Tip: You can prevent the headsets from being mixed up by using colored markings.
    If the illuminated ring on the CEECOACH flashes purple, the key lock on the CEECOACH is activated. Deactivate the deed lock by quickly pressing the talk button (o) three times.

    The pairing mode of the CEECOACH 2 is terminated as soon as a smartphone or headset has been successfully connected.
    It is not possible to connect your smartphone to the CEECOACH 2 with the current release. The feature is on our roadmap.
    You activate the pairing mode of your CEECOACH by pressing the plus (+) and minus button (-) simultaneously until the light ring flashes yellow quickly. (Optional: In addition, the pairing mode can be aborted by pressing the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons simultaneously again for more than 2 seconds or by switching the CEECOACH off and on.)

    Yes, you can connect an active speaker to a CEECOACH. This CEECOACH device must be integrated into the discussion group or paired with the other devices used. You can connect the active loudspeaker via the 3.5 mm jack connection. The device with loudspeaker can then be positioned at the edge to let the audience participate in what is being said.
    A Bluetooth® headset that is to be used with the CEECOACH must support the headset profile (HSP or HS profile). The HFP profile (Hands Free Profile), which is used to connect to the telephone, is currently not supported by CEECOACH.
    The surface of the CEECOACH can be cleaned with a damp cloth or a surface disinfectant. To do this, wet a cleaning cloth with the disinfectant and then wipe the device. The device must not be sprayed directly. Please note that cleaning too often can damage the label (serial number in the case of a guarantee). This notice does not apply to the CEECOACH Limited Edition Isabell Werth.
