At Dressage Deluxe we want to make your order process as hassle free as possible. All orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will be shipped same day if the items are in stock. After 3pm we cannot guarantee your order will be shipped same day due to our postal collections.
UK:
All UK orders are shipped as standard via Royal Mail tracked 48 hours. This is charged at a flat rate of £4.95. At this time we do not offer free shipping.
At checkout there is an option to upgrade your delivery to next day delivery via Royal Mail tracked 24 hours or Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed by 1pm or 9am. These services are priced per weight of the parcel so can vary in cost.
International:
All International orders are shipped via express services where possible. Our delivery costs are calculated by weight, to receive an accurate shipping quote please select your country using the drop-down menu on our website. Please note, the price shown at checkout is a quote and although we try to ensure this is as accurate as possible, on occasion we may request additional postage.
Many of our international orders arrive within the week however if you require the item urgently please contact us to discuss shipping options.
Please note the couriers we choose to use change regularly dependent on prices & transit times. If you have a specific courier you would like us to use, please speak to the office and we will see what we can do. We cannot guarantee we will use this courier.
Please note we cannot ship to a PO Box using an express courier as our parcels require a signature. If you provide a PO Box address, we will email asking for an alternative. If we do not hear back from you, we will ship the parcel via Royal Mail International which can take more time to arrive.
